Week Three...
1/24 through 1/30
Week three has me juggling quite a bit, it's the first week back with in-person classes, so I've been trying to get back into the routine of driving to campus and welcome desk shifts.
And when the week gets stressful with projects and assignments, I try to remind myself to take it one day at a time.
"It's going to be okay...you will get the assignments done...it's okay to take a break and see your friends."
These affirmations help me with burnout throughout my week (and the semester).
